MEDICAL DEVICE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Our R&D laboratory provides a solid scientific support for the development of new formulations and/or the optimization of existing products, and takes care of several aspects that range from the selection of excipients conforming to the main pharmacopoeias, based on a rigorous compatibility and interaction study, to pre-formulation and formulation studies, up to the preparation of lab-scale lots for stability studies: pre-stability, in-use stability, freeze-thaw, ICH.

Our laboratories provide a comprehensive study of the production and transfer processes, from lab-scale to industrial-scale.
CERTIFICATIONS
Our company received its ISO 13485:2016 certification, thanks to our quality system in use for the design, development and production of dispersions and or solutions, both sterile and non-sterile, used by our customers for medical device manufacturing.
OPTIMIZATION OF NUTRACEUTICAL AND COSMETIC FORMULATIONS
Design and development include several activities, such as the selection of excipients and a study of their compatibility, pre-formulation and formulation studies, the selection of scents and flavours, when needed, the production of lab-scale prototypes, ICH and in-use stability studies.
Our R&D lab follows its customers throughout their projects, suggesting original and custom formulations, not only for complete product lines, but also for the restyling of existing products.
